Instructions for use of environmental protection gold leaching agent
Ⅰ Instructions for use
1. Application scope;
(1) Applicable scope: gold, silver oxide ore, primary ore, cyanidation tail slag, sulfide ore, roasted gold concentrate, sulfuric acid slag, lead and zinc slag, anode mud, circuit board and other kinds of gold-containing materials;
(2) Applicable process: heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon pulp (stirring leaching) process.
2. Product form: solid gray white block;
3. Dissolution method: It can be used after fully stirring and dissolving with water at room temperature;
4. Adjust basicity: lime or caustic soda is generally used to adjust and maintain PH value of 10-12;
5. Product usage process:
(1) First use lime or other alkali to adjust the alkalinity of ore heap or pulp, and adjust the pH value to 11-12;
(2) Heap leaching or pool leaching, according to the best leaching concentration determined by the test, prepare a certain concentration of gold extraction agent solution for spraying or soaking.
(3) when stirring leaching, according to the test determined the best pulp concentration, concentration of gold leaching agent, leaching time and other conditions, leaching;
(4) During the leaching process, the concentration of gold leaching agent should be measured regularly. When the concentration is reduced, the gold leaching agent should be added in time.
(5) Because of the composition and ph of the ore is different, should be based on the actual amount of ore and the ore sample experiment obtained the best drug concentration, according to the proportion of gold leaching agent. The concentration of gold leaching agent can be detected according to the method provided by our company.

Ⅱ Agitation leaching test (applicable to oxidized ore, primary ore, cyanide slag, sulfuric acid slag, gold concentrate, etc.)
6. (1) take 200-500 grams of comprehensive ore samples by the ball mill grinding to -200 mesh accounted for about 85% into the stirring leaching container, and then according to the (1:3-- 1:4 proportion of volume) add water, (carbon pulp method: adding clean activated carbon "activated carbon dosage and sodium cyanide method use the same").

(5) For arsenic, sulfur, antimony, copper and other complex ores, do a good job of pretreatment (roasting, adding reagent oxidation) after the start of mixing, two minutes later, put in about 0.2-2 grams of agents, stirring 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours after taking leaching residue test, to measure the leaching rate.
7. Other Matters:
(1)The temperature is above 15℃ and the use effect is best;
(2) Due to the fast gold leaching speed, it is recommended to regularly detect the content of precious and lean liquid, PH value and concentration of gold leaching agent;
(3) it is not recommended to mix with gold leaching agent and hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate and other strong oxidants (can be used for pretreatment), in order to prevent the consumption of gold leaching agent dosage;
(4) The use of ammonia, sodium sulfide, potassium ferricyanide, lead nitrate and other secondary drugs in the pretreatment of complex ores does not reject the gold leaching agent;
(5) A small amount of black slag after dissolution does not affect the leaching effect;
(6) The use of sodium cyanide does not exclude;
